To whom it may concern

The level of service I've received in order to reactivate my business account has been appalling. It makes me regret why I opened an account with you guys when no one is willing to assist me as a business customer. What makes me want to remain with you when you aren't willing to assist and giving me the run arounds when I have to reactivate the account.
