Pathetic Service

Fnb Mall@Emba what i saw is embarassing the person you put in front as your Face is a shame to the Emba Community .our parents are treated like trash theres a lady with Blue eye im not sure of the name Palesa no surname on the tag old lady asked for help as she was standing playing with her phone leaning on the wall an and her responce without greeting back she said hamba phakathi (go inside) rudely soo .few seconds a guy called her she was smiling screeming soo loud she doesnt know what customer service is and the old lady was even struggling to walk i then asked her to help me she was grab my cash i was expecting her to show me how to use the machine.she is useless and not professional i will not even mention friendly face .justice for our parents i will never recomment this branch especially to the disadvantage community
