PATHETIC SERVICE

on July, 09 I submitted all my claim docs though to Elezaine who in turn sent it to Robyn Booysen. We are now on the 29th and still no feedback from these brokers. instead I am being sent from pillar to post between Robyn(FNB IB) and Lomacia(M&F) and nothing has materialised. I told them to leave it as they are not interested in assisting me and that I will escalate it since they have no regard for the client. Well, none of these girls said a single word in trying to assist me. How's that for customer service to TCF a client who never missed a premium in four years since I moved over to them. I find this behaviour pathetic and take note that these individuals do not represent Mickey Mouse Co's. They work and represent giants - FNB and M&F. I am personally disgusted in how they treat me as a customer and will not this lightly as I still await their responses. DEAL WITH THEM AND ****** SORT ME OUT FOR GOODNESS SAKE!
