Pathetic service

What absolutely PATHETIC servic.

I did en Esim. I got the Sim and everything worked perfectly. Then one months a fe moths yet it took them three or four day to help. I thought it was a serious situation and it took various people to finally assist ne which I am grateful.

For the last 2 months my actual service has been out of connection. I cant make phone calls , recoeve messages. I can do absolutely nothing using the phone and im what if im im serious trouble.

Ive messaged them YET no one can assist me or the solve is the issue. Ive bet too my deadlines money and I want to fix this but they need to inform me
