Pathetic Service

FNB is absolutely pathetic when it comes to customer service there is no such thing at this bank. Have been raising issues for an extended period only for them to make initial contact and never resolve. think they close the calls as resolved to manipulate their numbers. Have been asking to raise my complaints with the MD/CEO which im told will still come back to the person who im dealing with and not been provided with the details to date. Have now contacted the ombudsmen; will be changing banks soon. Unbelievably unprofessional
