Pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic service !! They call me to switch and open and account and say everything can be done online. Over a month later I'm still waiting on my card to come and my fusion facility to be loaded. After countless calls and sending in all required documents still nothing as been fixed absolutely pathetic !! Never join this bank !
