Pathetic Service
i contacted your loans dept yesterday and requested a settlement amount. They have sent me a settlement amount of R9446.20. I have paid this yesterday via EFT. Today i get another settlement amount of R9449.54 from a lady called Lerato. This is totally unprofessional from your side. I have settled the amount in full. I am not going to pay another amount. Please provide me with a letter that this has been settled in full. If this not received i will have to consult my attorney to take further action.
