Pathetic Service

The service at FNB Musgrave has deteriorated consistently in recent years, to the point that it is now almost non existent. <br> I have just spent 20 minutes on the phone for a simple query and when I was passed to the 5th person and the phone just rang and rang I eventually put it down. <br> <br> It doesn't matter whether you call, go in or email, it's the same story. Seriously thinking about changing banks after more than 20 years. The Forex division is so bad that I now do all my Forex via another bank.<br> <br> Poor show indeed FNB Musgrave !!!!
