Pathetic Service

<p>I have a gold cheque account with FNB, I also have a smart spend loan which I had made an arrangement to pay R1000 off a month as I have had a salary cut. Today they took off without my knowledge or consent the amount of R4890. They are refusing to reimburse my money. I cannot pay my rent and waterthen & lights. I know I owe them money but to take off more than 4x what was agreed upon is totally ridiculous. They can take off as they please but refuse or 'cannot' refund is impossible for me to understand. My advice is stay away from FNB. </p>
