Pathetic service

My friend send me R70 via ewallet. When I got to the bank in Malmesbury I could only withdraw R50 , because that was the only option the ATM gave me. I could not understand that , because I previously draw a R100 there and the machine gave me 5 x R20 notes. When I wanted to withdraw the other R20 , on a later stage , the ATM showed that I must pay a service fee of R6.50. In other words I could not withdraw my money. According to me that is ******* as it was not my fault that I could not draw the full amount in the first place , or is FNB looking for money. They just ****** me of R20. The money is not the problem , its the principile. I was forced to only withdraw part of my money , not the full amount. I wonder what their excuse is going to be , or what solution is they going to offer me.
