Pathetic service

<p>What a shoddy 2 days of service by #fnb merchant services who promised a new PoS device installation yesterday and after 20+ calls to the escalation department head and merchant services department I still wait as "they promise" as they have the last 2 days that tomorrow morning is it... just more lies and empty promises. Should have stuck with the Absa PoS as they were also cheaper and already in place vs this nonsense.</p> <p>Doubt #fnb will do anything about it... so disappointed especially as ex staff!!</p> <p> </p> <p>All the marketing and very little follow through. Waited over a month for my business cheque card and continually misrepresented and staff not returning my calls etc</p>
