Pathetic Service

i am a Fnb account holder for years....i had a bond with Fnb and paid it up 3 years ago. i recently app**** for a new bond and fnb was only willing to give me R***. I am disgusted by your service... i app**** for R400 000 you guys are not even willing to give me R350.000.....This is really pathetic service being a client for so many years this is what you guys give me. i am going to take my buisness elsewhere. i dont understand one had a bond with you guys and paid it finished .you only willing to give me that amount.....
