Pathetic service

Utterly atrous service. I spoke to one of your bankers named Vui. Not only did they not assist me but showed me you guys don't respect your customers.

I wanted to make an arrangement to pay off my personal loan the following month as I wouldn't be able to meet my commitments this month. The response I got from your banker was that, I needed to wait for the debit order to bounce back before I could make arrangements. Why would this be logical? Are you guys trying to blacklist customers?

Don't worry, I will move to another bank.
