Pathetic Service

I have called numerous times to FNB Loans department to have my revolving Loan account closed. Sent email upon emails no one is getting back to close this account. I have escalated the matter to the Ombudsman.The Ombudsman has told me the they giving a bank a certain time before they take action.I spoke to Chane via email and still no response.This is really pathetic service just to close an account. I will never ever again do business with FNB,
