Pathetic service
I have been with FNB for almost seven years. This morning I received a message stating they've deducted my personal loan amount on the 13th, the agreement states it will be deducted every 25th of each month. Without prior notification or consideration of other debit orders. To me this is very unprofessional to not notify your clients and just deduct as you wish. I will be moving to capitec, there are a lot of people out there who have also experienced this, some who had their last monies for the month before payday deducted, how will those people buy food and get to work? No consideration for their clients to notify or ask even.
