Pathetic service

Opened an account years back I was Williamson and with my new account I gave ID saying burger. My card shows burger... I ordered a Sim on the app. FNB details for Ram courier states Williamson. Now I can take my parcel cause I am now burger. And another thing 8 joined the family thing with my husband being the main member but yet you fnb ppl deduct the big amount from my account instead of my husband's account. 3 months now.... I want my money back
