Pathetic Sercice

Pathetic Service! Let me start by saying that calling the contact centre is of no help at all. when you do get through to someone they fail to inform you of the process that needs to be followed. i had Debit Card dispute -which has not been resolved. then this morning i noticed i have been billed for items paid no funds: R125.00- Please give me my money back!! R212.00 for Service fees - i have been told the fee is a result of me purchasing airtime on the online app? i dont do withdrawals so why is my service fee so high? i want answers !!!
