Pathetic securechat customer service

The securechat feature on the Fnb app is pathetic. Whenever I need help they can't assist. I've had a card dispute query and it's been investigated for 7 days already but with no feedback. All that is necessary is to lift the hold on the amount. It wasn't even charged by the merchant.
