Pathetic Secure chat and online banking
I have a new cellphone and I am trying to set up the banking app but with no success. At first the set up worked but I was unable to verify the device. I then uninstalled the app delinked the device and started over, now the app doesn't work at all and I cannot get it set up. After hours of waiting for someone to respond to me queries via secure chat I still have no answers. I post a question and get "you're number 51 in line" wait for banker to come online, the minute they respond I respond only to get, you are now number 71 in line. What the hell is going on with FNB I am so disappointed. You are making it impossible to bank with you!

According to the app I could have earned R700 in ebucks already, only no-one is able to assist me in actually earning this ebucks reward. Secure chat this morning not responding again, apparently 115 in line. Ebucks site will not register me - error message says Error occurred during ID number lookup. Error code = ***(Found a duplicate RSAID no: *********x on CIS) Please tell me how this is possible. Tried to lodge a complaint via FNB complaint and not even that is working, is anything FNB related working???? It seems not. Hello peter seems to be the only platform that gets your attention FNB?!!!
