Pathetic responses from FNB Business Department

I am experiencing tremendous troubles with FNB Business Department.

My Business name is Red Pepper Interiors Pty (Ltd)

On 3 December 2023 someone at FNB Business' decided to freeze my Business Account. Upon phoning FNB Business I was informed that it is because of FIX+CA that is outstanding, upon enquiring further they informed my that my account was frozen due to a SAR Mandate form that was outstanding, but I've send that the SAR Mandate already on 22 November 2022 and then again on 4 December 2022 and nobody at FNB Business can tell me where this document is that I've send in already twice.

I really need this Business' Account of Red Pepper Interiors to be opened so that I can do business as there are money in that account that I need to utilize for Business reasons.

If I hear one more time that it takes between 3-5 working days for any response that i most probably will not receive I will take it up with the CEO of FNB as I think this is pathetic if FNB Business to freeze my account without prior consultation.

FNB Business please open my account with urgently.

I need an answer from FNB Business today before COB and have my account opened as I am tired of talking to useless Call Centre Staff that put you through to one person to another.
