Pathetic Response to ***** on Business Account

Getting assistance from.FNB is almost impossible.I have *****ULENT transactions on my account and simply want the transactions reversed(3 1 on one day 2 others on another day) I will report FNB to the OMBUDSMAN if my monies are not back in my account.
