Pathetic private banking services - FNb

The service experienced from the FNB private wealth suite is nothing less than pathetic. Numerous complaints and enquiries go unanswered. It seems like FNB is happy to charge their clients but offer zero value..

I would not recommend their private banking services to anyone. In addition they don't have the decency to follow up on complaints or address customer dissatisfaction.

Appalling service!!!! Better off choosing another bank.
