Pathetic Private Banking Experience

The FNB private banking experience is hopeless. FNB took a debit order twice which is their mistake and now they want to charge me R50.

My private banker Dhevashan Chetty does not respond to single email he I send him and If I do he says he has escalated the matter and I just don't get feedback.
