PATHETIC POOR SERVICES FROM FNB AND nthabiseng mashabela

I have had an issue with a customer who paid me from Capitec, the customer complained and fnb put my acc on hold. However the customer and I have come to agreements and we all good the customer contacted Capitec and informed them to get fnb to undo what was done. Capitec confirmed to the customer everything is done on their side the customer and Capitec has emailed *** who is the one handling the case SHE DOESN'T BOTHER TO RESPOND ON EMAIL. THIS CUSTOMER HAD TRIED ASSISTING ME TO GET MY ACCOUNT SORTED LAST 3 WEEKS AND STILL FNB HADNT SORTED OUT I HAVE A SICK CHILD 8 YEARS OLD I NEED TO HAVE MEDICAL TREATMENT FOR AND MY MONEY IS STUCK WITH FNB AND FNB GIVES A DAMN.
