Pathetic Poor Bad Service

I have been banking with FNB for more that thirty years now. Banking with this bank feels like you're stuck with a cell phone contract that you have signed for 24 months and not happy with the service provider. Same is similar to be stuck with the same politically party for a number of years. All of sudden one has no alternative yet there are so many banks that offer the same and or similar services especially during times like these. Changing a brand or moving my account from FNB is not easy. FNB is a family bank and it kinda feels like I am betraying my late Father especially who sweat for FNB his whole career but I have no alternative to switch to other banks!!!!!!
