Pathetic overall

I lodge a complaint where I did not receive my data on a vodacom online purchase with my credit card. Fnb Private client receive the following feedback that the transaction was an eft transaction after I sent them the proof of it all. Definitely leaving this bank. They don't even know what their own virtual cards are or where to find details of transactions done on them.
