Pathetic opening account

Opening a business acc is a time consuming process stay away from this bank!!!!! 1 you apply - then you wait and wait 3-4 days- then you must send docs -then you wait and wait 3-4 more days then they need more docs - you send you wait you wait 3-4 days again weekends NOT included so weeks go by and no response back. When one phones the business number the agent tells you to wait some more!!!!!!!!!!!! When you ask to speak to a supervisor they tell you they work remotely and cannot put you through rather speak to complaints. ***!!!!! It is now again 4 days later after re sending the last docs and you guessed it NOTHING!!!!!
