PATHETIC OFF LINE AND NOW I MUST PAY R120,00 AFTER THE ATM SWALLOWS MY CARD???????????????

I blocked myself on my profile did all the necessary steps and still I was blocked. We went to a few ATMs and they were all offline then we went to Glen Acres ATM AND THERE IT was online till it SWALLOWED MY CARD. I HAD TO DO ALL THE EFFORT TO GO TO a bank on Tuesday. Stood in the queue for an hour and a half. Now I must pay R120,00 for a new atm card after FNB swallowed my card?????????????Please credit my account of R120,00. Pathetic. I have so much drama with FNB?????????????
