Can’t get through on the phone line

Can’t get through on fnbs complaints line

Where is the service ?????

I mailed Fnb stock brokers to give consent to taking up my rights offer for Aveng

The rights offer needs to be taken up by tomorrow’s dead line and I can’t get an answer as to wether they have taken my instruction
