Pathetic new branch

Fnb jubilee mall has the WORST service ever. Every day since the revamp of fnb jubilee mall, which was on the 1st September 2022, it has become impossible to do anything in the branch. Deposits at tellers take nothing less than an hour to complete. Their ticket system hasn't been working from the begin of 2022 They manipulate tickets. Eg. Calling ticket 22 while still busy with ticket 19 client. They work with 1 teller most of the time. They don't have a bulk deposit section They're plain and simple the WORST branch.

I'll be closing my personal accounts and my business accounts.
