Pathetic LOG in password

So irritating....logged in yesterday and said that my passwords I've using for while now is not working and changed it online via the app approved except for it not to be working....okay of to the branch I went and reset the password the same i've done it at home and yes it subsequently changed.Came home logged in and all good it's working.Try to log in today the same sh.t as yesterday...when is this going to stop as it robs me of my time and to do bussiness as you surely don't pay me to run after you to sort your not so usefull log in facility into my account.....useless peac of sh.t
