Pathetic Loans Division

I was so impressed with FNB at first. No i regret my decision to switch to them! I took out a loan with them and distinctly said that the debit order should go off on the 25th of each month. On the 17th of April I get a sms that the debit order was rejected. Well Duh!! So i phoned the call centre and they rectified the problem and said my debit order will go off on the 25th of April. Well it is now the 10th of May and still no debit order has been taken. Meanwhile I am getting a bad credit rating and my loan is now in arrears. I have tried phoning the call centre and they cannot assist, empty promises is all it is. Going to the branch does not help either as they just end up phoning the call centre!

I will appreciate it if this matter can get addressed and sorted out as soon as possible as this is absolutely ludicrous.
