PATHETIC investment dept after service!!!

Enquiry email sent to *** on the 23rd October @ 07h41 for which I received an auto-reply has to date NOT been responded to.

For a simple RA related enquiry, this is PATHETIC, it's basically a week later!

While typing this complaint I called your number on the auto-reply and held on for over 5 minutes... SMH
