PATHETIC, ***********

If I could give a zero I would... Logged a query 21/12/2021 on 11/02/2022 after 4 follow ups I was told it was sent for urgent feedback, another follow up after that I was told they still busy this was 16/02/2022 so it has been 2 months with nothing. PATHETIC to say the least, so sad that there are such *********** people "working" there while so many unemployed people out there...
