PATHETIC, *********** AND USELESS

We recently sold our company building and have been trying to get our bond cancelled since 15 November 2018. ALL FICA documents were handed to a homeloans specialist at the Newmarket branch, and all that she said was still needed was the forms that needed to be completed and signed. The forms were completed and signed and e-mailed to her the very next day. Upon following up in December, I was "notified" that the cancellation cannot proceed as the company/bond has not been FICA'd, so I sent the documents AGAIN. Upon requesting an update on Tuesday, 08/01/2019, I still have not received any response from FNB, so a lady from our attorneys phoned to try and find out what the status is. Surprize.... still no FICA documents...! REALLY????? HOW MANY TIMES DO WE HAVE TO SUBMIT THESE DOCUMENTS, AND HOW DO WE SOMEHOW MOTIVATE YOU TO SIMPLY DO YOUR JOB??????? HOW CAN I HELP YOU????? PATHETIC, ***********, USELESS!!!!!!!
