Pathetic Horrific Service Delivery

Pathetic service @ Maponya, honestly hence I am closing my Prestige n Credit card account, you literally wait for 3hours just to be attended, clearly something is not working, whilst as much as Capitec Bank has thrice people on queue but the service response time frame is way better
