Pathetic homeloans department

What poor service from. Fnb from Frontline to approvals to managers. All giving you the run around for a application that they said is so easy. Your homeloans dept is the most pathetic consultants I have ever dealt with. You call and 3very day they say this is all documents u need and when u do it then u get told you need new documents that needs to be filled it. This has happened 4 times now. You request to speak to a manager and no one ever calls you back. Seems all the staff at the bank is going on leave you might as well close down for the festive season and come back February. Even sent mail to *** and don't even get a response on there so what are you doing.
