Pathetic ********** case

good day.

i would like to report that on the 03 dec 2021 i received an sms stating a purchase of R 155.00 was done at a store called London Royal in Brooklyn Pretoria. I did not make this purchase and called the FNB ***** department. I spoke to a lady by the name of Mpho, who advised me that this transaction had actually taken place on the 13th November 2021. No case no. given. My account was debited on the 03 December 2021. Mpho logged a case of ***** but I never received any feedback.

I followed up on 06 December 2021 and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Shaun Kula who advised me that the transaction is reversed but will not reflect on my statement.very strange for a reversal not to reflect on the account. I then called again this morning as there were no adjustments done to my bank balance. I spoke to Shaun who gave me a case no. *** and told me that the reversal was done. to date no adjustment has been made. I have spent way too much time and money on this matter and still have had no joy in this regard .

Please assist in resolving this matter.
