Pathetic Forex services

On the 17th of April I did a forex payment from my FNB global account to my account in the Netherlands. My account in the Netherlands is with Bunq. As of today the transaction has still not reflected in my Netherlands account. I called the forex department on Friday and I was told that I should send the proof of payment to Bunq which I did last week before calling FNB anyway. Bunq has conducted an investigation and found that the payment is nowhere on their system. I have emailed the Forex department twice since the start of this issue and I have received no response. The ticket number which was issued to me when I emailed the first time is ********** 4_ ********** 48.

I did a second transaction last week (24th April) to a different bank in the Netherlands (ABN Amro) and that payment has also not reflected yet. This payment is for a deposit so that I can rent an apartment (2250 euro). I desperately need the cash from the first transaction (1160 euro) as I have just moved abroad and have not been paid a salary yet. This is pathetic service from FNB forex. For both transactions I was issued with payment confirmations but it seems my money disappeared into thin air. I have been an FNB customer since 2015 and have never been inconvenienced like this.

The payment reference for the first transaction is - SD3GRXT2Q9DS8261 and the payment reference for the second transaction is - SD3GRZ8XD9DZ66X1.
