Pathetic Forex Service

I made Forex Payment from Channel Island to local FNB account and even after 2 weeks, I did not receive my money while FNB has deducted at Channel Island. Despite many calls, escalations they don't bother to give any clear feedback while i urgently need my funds.. Pathetic service from bank who claims to be one of the best. Don't ever use their offs**** solution, they pretend to be nice when selling it but its totally useless.
