Pathetic Foreign Exchange Service From FNB

FNB Foreign Exchange has received my salary payment on 28 February and they are refusing to pay this money over to my bank ABSA. This is still ongoing after repeated attempts by ABSA and the originating bank in the UK to release this money. They are offering no explanation for this delay of 3 days. I have missed debit orders and bond payments and still no resolution.
