pathetic FNB *****s my money once again

a while back I was in contact with klinton I was complaining about how expensive the charges are at FNB..klinton looked into it and said I was on a platinum account which I never asked for in September last year they put me onto a platinum account after I said NO!!! they have ever since been taking money off my account for platinum fees ....klinton then said he will fix this and get all the money they took extra for a platinum account fees....it is now a year already and still nothing this is pathetic....then they wanted me to remember the time date and number I phoned from to cancel my platinum account I don know how you are suppose to remember that a year later and I don't care if they have *********** people working there who cant make a simple change on your profile ....if it is your fault why must I suffer
