Pathetic FNB Service

I've app**** for a first time home loan, where I am buying two units in Bedfordview, same unit size, but two units in the same building, Standard Bank was willing to give me a rate of 10.37%, but FNB is unwilling to match the same rate, not even trying to better it. I found this extremely worry some, they say they looking for business, but are unwilling to come to the party, another bank gives their clients better rates than them self's. My car is financed through them, also at a exorbitant rate, seems FNB is a bank that are unwilling to help their customers, but rather ****** them through ludicrous rates. Shame on you, really pathetic !!!
