Pathetic FNB service and support

I lodged a ***** case with FNB almost 2 months ago. I have phoned 3 times, and every time I just get the runaround. It's always in progress, but no one knows anything. It's pathetic. I even wrote to the complaints department, and not even they have the decency to answer. Beyond pathetic service. Quick to raise fees but nowhere near anything else
