Pathetic FNB service

If I could give this review 0 stars I would. I made a payment on the 24th of March 2022 , the recipient indicated a few days later that the money had not been received on their side even though the money was taken out of my account. I went into FNB and the business manager indicated that it is a missing payment and it would be released. Over a week later and payment has still not been released. I have been on the phone over an hour at my expense only to be told that it would take 15 days as this person needs to be paid immediately. I have been with FNB for over 15 years and I will be changing banks immediately as the service os pathetically horrible.
