Pathetic FNB service

Every time I have a problem that I need help with from FNB, they are absolutely useless at being hands-on in solving problems. Over a month ago I lodged a dispute for money not received in my business account, and no one has had the decency to contact me back or try to resolve the issue. This bank is the most pathetic bank I have ever dealt with. It is the same useless operation every time there is a situation. Yet they expect you to pay fees for useless service.
