PATHETIC FNB ONCE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've signed an agreement on 4 May 2022. I was told my loans will be consolidated and there will be an amount paid into my account. Tomorrow is 2 weeks since I've signed......................................everytime I must follow up and previously when I complained here, I'm told it will be escalated...........................I called someone yesterday and was also told it will be escalated........................NOTHING IS HAPPENING!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU FNB?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Will this happen in DECEMBER?????????? I've initially asked for R 9 000.00 and then this was suggested to me.............WHEN?????????????????????????????????????????????????
