Pathetic FNB loans service
I requested a closure of a loan account in December and to date FNB has not provided me with any feedback! I have emailed them many times expressing the urgency of the this however they seem to not care not all! I am extremely frustrated with them and I cannot believe this bank is unable to action something as simple as this! Let alone acknowledge the request. They are just ridiculous and it's sad that only once you start creating a hype does the bank actually act! Can someone with a sense of urgency attend to this!

I still have not received any feedback except an escalation email which was pretty standard.
I simply need the loan to be closed I have paid it off. I have requested this previously and was done effectively.
