Pathetic FNB keeps chowing money

Once again after telling FNB numerous times not to take off my loan money before the last day of the month as I only get paid the last day 30th or 31st and yet again because the public holiday is ahead of us they took the money off again. I am getting fedup of this happening month after month. Can this be sorted once and for all as its ridiculous.
