Pathetic FNB Home Loan Department!!

Hello Peter! HELLO *********** FNB Home Loan department!!

I am writing to express my disappointment and disgusting service from FNB Home Loan department!

with the level of communication I have experienced from FNB in recent weeks.

Despite several attempts to get my funds refunded as they have once again debit ordered my acc after I've submitted documents that my company pays it directly!!!

As loyal customers of FNB, we expect a higher standard of service. Unfortunately, this back and forth has us feeling frustrated and undervalued as customers. My account is reflecting negatively due to your incompetence!! And it's the second month trying to fix this ****! I am being double billed and left without funds!!

Keep telling me to mail pleasehelpme when you should actually name it ICANTHELPYOU!!
